Planning Permission Granted for Rear House Extension in Leicester!

We're so happy for our lovely clients in Leicester who recently received a positive decision notice from the council!

Our clients wanted to add a modest rear extension to the rear of the house so that they could create another relaxing space which looked out onto the garden.

They also wanted a slightly larger utility room which would be accessed via the rear extension.

Our clients love the design of their new hone and can't wait for this one to be built!

Next stop will now be a set of Working Drawings in order to gain Building Control sign off.
