Lloyd Harden Design was founded in 2020 by Lloyd Harden and has grown steadily ever since. In just four years, we've expanded our team to include six talented professionals and welcomed our office Dachshund into the fold.

Our studio is located in a beautifully converted historic barn in Lubenham, Market Harborough. From here, we serve clients across Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Rutland, and Peterborough, working on a wide range of projects that reflect the unique character of each region.

Expanding Our Vision
​
In September 2023, we launched Interiors by Lloyd Harden Design, also based in Lubenham, Leicestershire. This dedicated team allows us to focus exclusively on interior design, bringing personality and style into every room we touch.

In 2024, we introduced HOME Harborough, a boutique offering curated homewares and thoughtful gifts. Located in Market Harborough, the shop reflects our passion for quality design in all aspects of home living.
Meet the Team
LAURA HARDEN - BSc
Interiors & Operations Director
Laura is responsible for the company operations and keeps everything ticking over. Laura also runs our Interior Design department and manages our homewares store, HOME Harborough. Out of the office she loves exploring the country/planet, reading and cuddles with her doggo, Edie.
LLOYD HARDEN
Managing Director
As well as running the show, Lloyd offers more than 16 years of industry experience in Architecture, Design & CGI artistry. At the office, Lloyd inspires the team and buys the coffees. Outside the office Lloyd loves spending time with his family, walking the dog and playing football.

SIMON BATES -
Senior Architectural Technologist
Simon is our Senior Architectural Technologist. Simon concentrates mainly on our Working Drawing packages and is attention to detail is superb. In his spare time, Simon enjoys well-deserved sunny holidays and spending time with his son and dog.
CHRIS KING-HEI HO - BSSc, MA
Architectural Technologist
Chris joins the team as one of our Architectural Technologists. He brings experience, passion and dedication when it comes to Architectural design and drawings. In his spare time Chris enjoys Yoga, Aikido practice and playing the guitar.
ANNA STANWAY-WILLIAMS
Interior Designer
Anna is one of our Interior Designers. With her background in Graphic Design and her recent training in Interior Design, she will be supporting Laura on all Interior Design projects. In her spare time she enjoys yoga and travelling around the UK in her campervan with her husband and dog, Lenny.
Contractor
DANIEL BENT - MCIAT
Dan supports Lloyd Harden Design as a contractor. Dan has vast experience in Planning, Working Drawings and specialises in large-scale projects and housing estates.
EDIE
Head of Security
Edie is our office Dachshund. At just 3 years old, she loves playing, cuddles and treats. At the office she is usually keeping a member of the team company. Outside of the office she loves long walks, playing fetch and chasing around her big sister.
