Architectural Technologist/Technician
Our Design Manager is recruiting an experienced Technician/Technologist who is able to primarily focus on detailed drawings.
​
The successful candidate MUST have proven experience of completing full working drawing packages and a good knowledge of Building Regs.
​
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following abilities:

Proven knowledge of Building Regulations and Working Drawings packages

Minimum of 1 years' experience in use of the UK Planning Portal
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, possess a full driver's license and have own car due to village location. Must be able to commute to office - remote working not considered for this role.

Salary is competitive and based on experience.​ Starting from £25,000+
​
Start date in flexible but ideally in 2-4 weeks.
