Planning Approved for House Extension in Market Harborough!

Great news! Another planning application has been approved for a house extension in Market Harborough.

The brief was to add a modern extension to the rear of the property in order to open up the back of the house and increase the views into the garden.

The floor plans below show how a small extension to vastly improve the space in your home. We removed the back wall and extended out slightly. This allowed for a brand new family snug to be added, allowing for a multi-functional space which a lot of families now crave.

Not only this, but the extension is to be wrap-around glass which will open up the views to the garden and also provide easy access when entertaining in the garden.

As you can see from the CGI below, this extension is going to be beautiful. The materials are to be glass and zinc which looks sleek, modern and contrasts beautifully with the red brick of the existing house.
