Planning Application Submitted for Spa Garden Room in Leicester

Earlier this year, we were commissioned to design a spa garden room for a lovely couple in Leicester.

Due to a medical condition, suffered by one of our clients, the idea was to design, and gain planning approval, for a spa garden room.

The spa would contain a hot and cold room, along with a shower cubicle, toilet room and a large, light seating area in which to relax.

We added two large roof lights and bifold doors which will really flood the garden room with light.

We are really pleased with the result and can't wait to see this project constructed!
