Embark on your own Grand Design
Planning and designing a new build can be an amazing experience and there's a lot to consider, from planning permission to interior design. Our designs are bold and striking and we're not afraid to push the boundaries of modern design.

Our team specialise in new build design and we'll take you through the process of designing your dream new build. If you're planning your own Grand Design then we would love to work with you on it.

We can provide you with all architectural drawings, 2D and 3D plans plus CGIs if you'd like to see your project come to life.
Fees
Our New Build packages start from just £2900. For this price we will survey the property or land, create a brief-focused design and prepare the architectural drawings required for the planning application.
Following on from this we will submit the planning application to the council, on your behalf as your agent, and deal with all correspondence whilst the planning application is with the council. Once we have planning permission we can also create a set of Working Drawings, for your builder to cost and build from. Alternatively, Building Regs drawings may be sufficient to satisfy building control.
