Annexes & Garden Rooms
Life has inexplicably changed over the past few years and this has resulted in the use of our homes changing too. So many of us are now working from home and changing the way we spend our time.

Adding an annexe or garden room to your property can provide a new working area, extra guest accommodation or just a beautiful escape away from a busy home.
Garden Rooms
Our talented team have a flair for design and love the challenge of designing something stylish yet practical. Garden rooms can add value to your home and open up the space available to your family. Adding a garden room is fun and allows us to be creative and to install a stunning hideaway in your garden which can serve so many different purposes.

Why not use your new garden room as a study or office? You could turn it into a family games room or even a cinema room, or maybe just a relaxing retreat for your family to escape the bustle of family life. The world is your oyster when it comes to deciding on the functionality of your garden room - we can't wait to help you design it!
Annexes
Annexes can be viewed slightly differently to garden rooms and may require planning permission if they are being used for any other reason than an addition to the family home. The addition must have the same address as the main house. Adding an annexe to your garden can add value to your home as well as the added functionality of being able to work from home or having guests stay.

Either way, and whatever you decide to use your annexe for, we can come up with an amazing design and help you create an annexe that you can be proud of! We'll guide you through the planning process, create the architectural drawings required for your application and we'll submit the application on your behalf. Easy.
